It was so refreshing to hear someone talk in no nonsense terms on what can sometimes be shrouded in arcane and dispassionate language. I thought your emphasis on honesty and commonsense was so pertinent.
It is the first time since I started working someone leave aside the rules and the regulator to approach the core of what the regulation and compliance is all about – trusting people to do the right thing or indeed finding out that all too often you cannot.
